The responsible for the “management” of the personal data With visiting this site there might be data “managed” that relate to identified or identifiable persons.

Place of the “management” of the data The “management” of data in connection to the web services of this site takes place at the aforesaid office and is taken care only by technical personnel of the company or by possible people assigned to occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the service is communicated or made circulated. The personal data provided by the users that request informative material, offers or services, are used only to execute the service and they are communicated to third parties in the only case this is necessary as per law requirements or to execute the requested service.

Types of data “managed”

Navigation data The computer systems and the software procedures, used for the operation of this web site, collect, during their operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols.

It deals with information that is not collected to be associated to identified persons, but which by their own nature would be able, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, to allow the identification of the users.

Freedom in providing the data Apart from what specified for the navigation data, the user is free to provide his personal data through the online forms in order to solicit the send of informative material or other communications and/or other requests of any kind.

Without providing the personal data required, it might be impossible to satisfy the request.
